A transmission from beyond the stars – Blueberries on Mars: The Remixes reimagines 猫 シ Corp.’s cosmic ambient journey through the ears of alien civilizations across the galaxy. Inviting Pizza Hotline, 暗闇DESTINY, Tim Six, 地球, 沙漠鱿鱼 (DesertSquid), Zuwe, and Zer0 れい as ambassadors for their own unique style, the remixes reflect distant cultures through sound—ranging from jungle and slushwave, to ambient techno and solarpunk.

Each artist was given full access to the original stems, with the freedom to draw from multiple tracks and reshape them into something entirely new. Pizza Hotline’s remix of “Stars Blinking” brings a rapid jungle pulse, Zuwe’s remix of “A New Planet” slows things down with dub-influenced ambient, while 沙漠鱿鱼’s version dissolves the title track into a haze of slushwave textures.
