R.I.P. – Rosel Zech (7. Juli 1942, † 31. August 2011).

Collaboration of Patric Catani, Volksbühne Theater Berlin and Tillmann Mann (ILL TILL from Dhirty6cru). Recorded for “Raubkopie” which was presented in the context of Rolling Roadshow by Jutta Wangenmann and Bert Neumann at Berlin Alexanderplatz 2005. It involved random people of the area passing by.

The concept was to “steal” all different parts, such as the story from Alfred Döblin and the instrumental from Techno Animal. The atmosphere of the song perfectly matches the pain, agression and desperation which Franz Biberkopf is going through. Ill Till from Dhirty6Cru performs the part “Die Strafe beginnt” (The Punishment begins). This is a tribute collage to Alfred Döblin and Berlin.

Der Performancekünstler Ming Wong erweitert seine Deutschkenntnisse mit einer Szene aus seinem Lieblingsfilm ‘Die bitteren Tränen der Petra von Kant‘ von Rainer Werner Fassbinder.
