The Fuschimuschi ABC caused quite a stir when it was first released in 2000. Amazon (!) said: “Funk, dancehall reggae, hip hop, Motown, Stax and P-Funk, Gil Scott-Heron, James Brown, great horn sections, slap basses, samples between ’70s fusion, Steely Dan, CCR and early New Orleans swing – this thing has soul!” The music magazine Intro (RIP) celebrated the cool dissidence. Even the legendary Aphex Twin fell in love with Fuschimuschi and released “Super Sexy Lady” on his Rephlex label.

Now Thommy, the main man of Fuschimuschi, has revisited the album, remixed some tracks and polished them up. The result is “Thommy presents The Fuschimuschi ABC“.
